If time allows, we do a quick staging demonstration in one of your rooms. You will be amazed at the difference!
* “Hands-on” Consultation
In addition to the above, we work with you to stage the main areas. You receive a comprehensive Action Plan detailing the recommended cosmetic improvements, color choices, additional accessories needed, and details on how to complete the rest of the rooms.
* Half Day or Full Day of Home Staging
Working off the Action Plan created in your consultation, we will implement the recommended changes and stage the remaining areas of the home. Home Staging Austin brings in accessories to complete the look in order to take photos for your marketing efforts. Homes over 2,000 sq. ft. will require a full day of staging.
* Redesign Services
When you want to create a new look in the home you love, our redesign services are the answer. By using the furnishings you already have, but arranging them in new ways, you will have a new environment within a familiar framework. Home Staging Austin also offers color consultations, do-it-yourself plans, shopping services, and access to designer accessories and furnishings.
